Park Lane is a Qualmark 4 Star 32 room motel located just 150 metres from beautiful sandy Takapuna Beach and just a short stroll to all of Takapuna's shops, restaurants and exciting nightlife. We have a Breakfast Room serving cooked or continental breakfasts every morning and 'heat and eat' meals are available as room service every evening. Park Lane is a great choice for a longer stay - we also have a mini-gym and sauna, swimming pool, guest laundry and dry cleaning service, guest internet desk and ample free off-street car parking. Wireless Broadband is now available to all rooms. The motel has a variety of different studio rooms to suit everybodys needs. All rooms have air conditioning, Sky TV, fridge, complimentary tea and coffee, mini-bar, plunger coffee, iron and ironing board, hairdryers, electric blankets and clock radios. Child Policy:		Children are very welcome, they must be accompanied by parents around the property especially the swimming pool and mini-gym areas. Extra guests agreed by the motel are charged at an extra $20 each per night. There is a $20 charge for a roll-away bed. Extra charges are paid direct to the motel.
